ORDER FULLFILLMENT 

FREE SHIPMENT ON ORDERS EUROPE / UK / USA / CANADA

All jewelry of Mayford is custom made and personalized. As soon as we've received your order including your wrist measurements it will take 3 work days to make your customized jewelry. It will then be shipped with International (UPS) shipping or PostNL for the Netherlands. This shipping method has a delivery time of 1 to 5 work days.

Please take into account that deliveries cannot be sent to an APO / FPO / DPO address.

 

DUTIES AND FEES

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Given the complexity of international laws, these country specific costs are not included in the prices on the webshop. You are solely responsible for any local duties on your order. We are required to mention the full value of the contents of the package and are not allowed to alter this value.

If an order is refused, then you are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any additional rights, fees, customs or taxes concerning the shipping.

 

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

All jewelry is sent with renowned and trusted transportation services ( UPS / PostNL ). Once your order has been assigned to the carrier we are no longer responsible for fluctuations in delivery times. Delivery reliability is important and it is rare that errors occur. We send all jewelry with insurance to ensure that the order will be properly delivered for both parties.

 

RETURNS

We want 100% satisfied customers that is why we have a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’.  
You may return the product(s) when your purchase not meet your expectations. We will refund items within 30 calendar days after delivery, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.

Please go to 'customer service' and fill in your details and which product you want to return. We will contact you shortly after with return instructions.

Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.
